2009-2010 Athletics update

All first year athletic prospects for the College’s men’s and women’s soccer and basketball teams should make note of the following:

• Once accepted, you should call Lucie Resendes at 508.678.2811, ext. 2231 for placement testing date. Indicate that you are a prospective student-athlete.
• Course selections are from June 22 through June 25, between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the Commonwealth College Center. Tell the advisor assisting you that you are hoping to play sports so that they can help in constructing a complementary schedule.
• Try-out are scheduled for Monday, August 3, (soccer) and Monday, October 5 (basketball). More information will be available closer to those dates.
• Before you can be permitted to tryout you will need to have a physical and be cleared for sports participation. Students must complete the medical history form and have a doctor complete the physical form in order to try out for any athletic team. Forms must be submitted to Athletic Director Bev Cambra.
